Kiara32 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Introduction

Kiara32 is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games — including slots, live casino, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more), poker, lottery, and other specialty games — to eligible users in Malaysia.

The kiara32 platform is owned and operated by a registered and licensed company authorised to conduct online gaming operations. All services offered by kiara32 are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and product-specific guidelines.

Registration Eligibility

To register and use the kiara32 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or a legally registered permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Must not be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming programme.
• Not acting on behalf of any unauthorised third party.
• Never declared bankrupt or currently undergoing any formal debt management process.
• Register using your own real identity — fictitious names or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, per identity card number, per mobile number, and per IP address.

User Account

You are solely responsible for the security of your kiara32 account, including your password and all activity that takes place through it. kiara32 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including kiara32 staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security where available.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to kiara32 support immediately.
• Personal information on your account (name, phone number, email) must always be accurate and up to date.
• Any change to your bank account or eWallet number requires identity re-verification before a withdrawal can be processed.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Kiara32 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM50,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits).
• All deposits must come from a legitimate source in your own name. Deposits from third-party or anonymous sources are strictly prohibited.
• Kiara32 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or eWallet provider.
• Any deposit suspected to have been obtained illegally will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of winnings at kiara32 are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name.
• Your first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC) — please have a clear copy of your MyKad ready.
• Bonus rollover requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Processing time: 15–30 minutes for standard members; instant for Diamond VIP members and above.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM20,000 for standard members; may increase up to no limit for Prestige VIP members.
• Kiara32 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

Bonuses & Promotions

All kiara32 promotions and bonuses are subject to the following terms, in addition to the specific conditions stated in each promotional offer:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one deposit promotion may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another user.
• Promotions are for personal use only and must not be exploited for illegitimate gain.
• Kiara32 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• If you make a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirements, the entire bonus balance will be forfeited.

Game Rules

All games on kiara32 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by the independent body eCOGRA. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• All bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved based on kiara32's server records, not the user's device records.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting game outcomes, kiara32 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount.
• Maximum winnings for certain slots and games may be capped — please check the individual game details.
• Sports Betting is subject to compliance with current sports regulations — rulings by the sports provider are final.

Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiara32 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension without warning and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) using the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any external assistance tools during gameplay.
• Fraud or any attempt to falsify identity documents during the KYC process.
• Money laundering or using the kiara32 platform for any suspicious financial activity.
• Abusing promotions by registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards kiara32 support staff.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kiara32 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documentation.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).
• Directed by the relevant authority or regulatory body.
• There are strong indicators of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

If an account is closed at the player's request with no breach of terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the original deposit method within 3–5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiara32 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred during gameplay, which represent a normal risk of gaming.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Action by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Any losses resulting from the use of a device infected with viruses or malware.

• Players may set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Per-session betting limits and loss limits.
• Forced cool-off options ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent or time-limited voluntary self-exclusion.
• Access to local Malaysian problem gambling support resources.

Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the kiara32 platform after any changes are announced will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to licensed online gambling platforms in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration.
• You agree that kiara32 may bring a claim against you in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
